Returns

All accessories, parts, manuals, tags, and packaging are included

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling
Items modified, repaired, customized, or altered without approval from Saber9
Products with missing accessories, packaging, manuals, or parts
Gift cards
Final sale items, clearance items, or promotional items marked as non returnable
Items purchased from third party sellers or unauthorized websites

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at support@saber9.com.

Please include:

Your full name
Order number
Email address used for the order
Reason for return
Photos or videos showing the issue, if the item is defective or damaged
Proof of purchase

After we review your request, our support team will confirm whether your return is approved. Please do not send any item back before receiving return approval from Saber9.

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items, Saber9 will review the issue and may provide a replacement, repair option, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

For non defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to an error by Saber9.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Saber9 is not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations, including:

Items returned with missing parts or accessories
Items not returned in original condition
Items showing signs of use
Items returned after the approved return window
Orders where original shipping fees are non refundable
Orders where a restocking fee applies

Restocking Fee

For non defective returns, a restocking fee may apply. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and processing costs.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Order Cancellation

Warranty Policy

Saber9 products may include a limited warranty against eligible manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty may cover:

Electronic or soundboard issues caused by manufacturing faults
Charging port issues caused by manufacturing faults
Arrival damage reported promptly after delivery
Missing parts reported promptly after delivery

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damage from use
Damage caused by dueling, impact, dropping, or rough handling
Water damage or moisture exposure
Battery damage caused by incorrect charging
Damage caused by using the wrong charger or power adapter
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or custom changes
Software or hardware changes made without approval from Saber9
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second hand sources

Product Use and Safety

To protect your product and avoid damage, please follow all product instructions carefully.

Important safety notes:

Use only the recommended charger
Do not overcharge the battery
Do not charge the product overnight
Keep the product away from water and moisture
Install parts carefully and avoid forcing components
Do not open, modify, or repair internal parts without approval
Do not use damaged batteries, chargers, or cables
Keep the product away from extreme heat or direct fire

Damage caused by unsafe use, incorrect charging, improper handling, or unauthorized modification may void return, refund, and warranty eligibility.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, bank, PayPal, or payment provider. Refund posting times can vary.
