Orders and Processing

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days do not include weekends or United States public holidays.

Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, high demand, product shortages, or when additional order verification is required.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing support@saber9.com.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, been transferred to a supplier or fulfillment partner, been prepared for shipment, been shipped, or received tracking information.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a $20 order processing fee if processing has already begun.

Can I change my order or shipping address?

Requests to change a product, variant, color, quantity, or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

Email support@saber9.com with your order number and the requested change.

Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details and shipping information before completing checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do Saber9 orders ship from?

Depending on product availability, orders may be fulfilled from:

• Our United States warehouse
• One of our trusted international fulfillment partners

Saber9 works with selected suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.

We do not claim that every product is manufactured, designed, or stored directly by Saber9.

How long does delivery take?

Our general estimated delivery timeframe for United States and eligible international orders is:

Processing time: 5 to 7 business days
Transit time: 7 to 8 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 12 to 15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, public holidays, transportation disruptions, remote destinations, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.

United States orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

An order totaling exactly $99 USD qualifies for free standard shipping.

United States orders below $99 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $29.99 USD.

The order value used to determine free shipping is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

How much is international shipping?

Eligible international orders are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $50.00 USD per order.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

International customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, carrier fees, and other destination country charges are not included unless expressly stated during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

Saber9 ships to selected international destinations available during checkout.

Not every product may be available for every country because of carrier restrictions, battery transportation rules, product limitations, or local import requirements.

International customers are responsible for confirming that products can legally be imported, purchased, possessed, and used in their country or region.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Inspection charges
• Carrier handling fees
• Other charges imposed by the destination country

Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Saber9 does not control customs charges, customs inspections, tax amounts, or customs processing times.

Can my order arrive in separate packages?

Yes.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately when items are stored at different fulfillment locations.

You may receive:

• Multiple packages
• Separate tracking numbers
• Different delivery dates

You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because Saber9 divides an order into multiple packages.

Tracking

How will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Tracking may take several business days to become active after the shipping confirmation is issued.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the tracking email.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Tracking may temporarily stop updating while a parcel moves:

• Between carrier facilities
• Between countries
• Through customs
• Between international and final delivery partners

If tracking has not updated for more than 10 consecutive days, email support@saber9.com with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Tracking number

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not automatically mean that the package is lost.

My order says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Check around your property and secure delivery areas.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.
  3. Contact the local shipping carrier or post office.
  4. Review any delivery photograph or proof of delivery.
  5. Allow up to 2 business days in case the package was marked delivered before final handoff.
  6. Contact support@saber9.com if the package still cannot be located.

Saber9 will assist with available carrier information, but reimbursement is not guaranteed where the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout.

When is a package considered lost?

A shipment may be treated as lost only after the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner confirms that it cannot be located or delivered.

If a package is confirmed lost, Saber9 may provide an appropriate resolution such as:

• A replacement shipment
• Store credit
• A partial refund
• A full refund

The available resolution will depend on the carrier investigation, order circumstances, destination, product availability, and applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

What is the Saber9 return period?

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

The return period begins on the date the shipping carrier marks the order as delivered.

What condition must a returned product be in?

For a change of mind return, the product must generally be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• Free from damage, wear, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Returned with the original packaging
• Returned with all included accessories, manuals, tools, chargers, and complimentary items
• Authorized by Saber9 before shipment

Products returned without authorization may be refused.

How do I start a return?

Email support@saber9.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product being returned
• Reason for the return
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging
• A video showing the issue where applicable

Do not return a product to the address shown on the original shipping label.

The correct return instructions and return location will be provided after the request is approved.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change of mind, accidental purchase, preference, or another reason not caused by Saber9, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Saber9 will cover reasonable approved return shipping costs when we confirm that:

• The wrong product was sent
• The product arrived damaged
• The product was defective upon arrival

Is there a return processing fee?

Eligible change of mind returns may be subject to a $20 return processing fee per order.

The fee does not apply when Saber9 confirms that the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing product for which Saber9 is responsible.

How long does a refund take?

After an authorized return is delivered, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7 business days after the product passes inspection.

The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund.

Will shipping fees be refunded?

Original shipping charges, expedited delivery charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other third party charges are generally nonrefundable.

Different rules may apply where Saber9 confirms that the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Can I exchange a product?

Saber9 does not guarantee direct exchanges.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

For a change of mind request, the customer may be required to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Contact support@saber9.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the shipping package
• A photograph of the shipping label
• A clear video showing the issue

Do not discard the product, package, shipping label, accessories, or internal packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Contact Saber9 within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number and photographs of:

• The product received
• All package contents
• The shipping package
• The shipping label

Do not use, modify, or damage the incorrect product while the claim is under review.

What should I do if an item or component is missing?

First, review all tracking numbers because some orders arrive in separate packages.

If an item or component is still missing, contact support@saber9.com within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A list of missing items
• Photographs of everything received
• A photograph of the package
• A photograph of the shipping label

After verification, Saber9 may ship the missing component, provide another appropriate resolution, or issue an eligible partial refund.

What types of lightsabers does Saber9 offer?

Saber9 offers products intended for:

• Collecting

• Light or heavy dueling where clearly stated on the product page

Are all Saber9 products suitable for dueling?

No.

Only products clearly described as suitable for dueling should be used for impact based activities.

Display, collectible, cosplay, and light use models may be damaged by heavy impact.

Customers should review the product description and stated dueling rating before use.

What comes with my order?

Package contents vary by product.

The applicable product page will list the items included, which may include:

• Hilt
• Blade
• Battery
• Charging cable
• Allen key
• Screws
• User manual
• Other accessories

Only the contents listed on the applicable product page are guaranteed to be included.

Are batteries included?

Battery inclusion depends on the product.

Please review the package contents and specifications on the product page before placing your order.

Are Saber9 products suitable for children?

Saber9 products should be purchased by adults.

Children should use lightsabers only with appropriate adult supervision and according to the product instructions and safety guidance.

Products may contain:

• Bright lights
• Loud sounds
• Rechargeable batteries
• Long blades
• Small removable components

Can I use a Saber9 lightsaber for self defense?

No.

Saber9 products are sold for collecting, display, cosplay, photography, performance, gifts, and recreational use.

They should not be used as weapons, for self defense, to threaten another person, or to cause injury.

Charging and Product Care

How should I charge my lightsaber?

Use only the compatible charger, cable, voltage, and power source specified for the product.

Do not:

• Use a damaged charger or battery
• Charge a wet product
• Leave the product charging unattended
• Use an incompatible fast charger
• Expose the battery to fire or excessive heat
• Crush or puncture the battery
• Allow children to charge the product without supervision

Is water damage covered?

Unless a product is specifically described as water resistant, exposure to water or moisture may damage the electronics.

Water or moisture damage is not normally covered by the return or warranty terms.

Can I open, modify, or repair the saber myself?

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, painting, engraving, soldering, repair, or component replacement may affect return eligibility and warranty coverage.

Contact support@saber9.com before attempting repairs.

Using a third party part or repair does not automatically cancel all warranty protection. However, damage caused by an incompatible part, improper repair, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Warranty

Do Saber9 lightsabers include a warranty?

Yes.

Eligible Saber9 lightsabers are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

The warranty period begins on the date the shipping carrier marks the order as delivered.

Accessories, replacement parts, apparel, complimentary items, promotional gifts, and clearance products may have different coverage or may not be covered unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.

What does the 1 Year Limited Warranty cover?

The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, and original electronic components that occur during normal and intended use.

Covered issues may include confirmed manufacturing defects affecting:

• Soundboards
• Internal lighting systems
• Charging ports
• Buttons and switches
• Speakers
• Internal wiring
• Electronic chassis components
• Battery connections
• Pixel blade illumination where applicable
• Other original internal electronic components

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not normally cover:

• Accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic scratches, dents, or fading
• Water or moisture damage
• Fire or excessive heat damage
• Improper charging
• Use of an incompatible charger
• Normal battery degradation
• Damage caused by dropping or crushing
• Damage caused by misuse
• Unauthorized alteration
• Damage caused by improper repair
• Damage caused by use beyond the product rating
• Damage caused by excessive force
• Loss or theft
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Is dueling damage covered?

Only products clearly described as suitable for dueling should be used for impact based activities.

The warranty may cover a confirmed manufacturing defect in a dueling rated product.

It does not cover damage caused by:

• Excessive force
• Striking hard surfaces
• Reckless use
• Blade tip impacts
• Improper technique
• Use beyond the stated dueling rating

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email support@saber9.com with:

• Your full name
• Saber9 order number
• Product name
• Date of delivery
• Detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs
• A video demonstrating the problem
• A photograph of the charging cable and power source where relevant

Additional evidence or return of the affected product or component may be required.

What remedies are available under the warranty?

If Saber9 confirms that an eligible product has a covered defect, we may provide:

• Troubleshooting assistance
• A replacement component
• Repair of the affected component
• Replacement of the affected product
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund where appropriate

The available remedy will depend on the nature of the issue, product age, inventory, replacement part availability, repair options, destination, and applicable law.

Are replacement products covered?

A replacement product or component will be covered for:

• The remainder of the original 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Or 90 days from delivery of the replacement

Whichever period is longer will apply.

Payments and Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by customer location.

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third party payment providers.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed using secure checkout services provided by Shopify and applicable payment providers.

Saber9 does not generally receive or store your complete payment card number.

Brand and Affiliation

Is Saber9 affiliated with Disney, Lucasfilm, or Star Wars?

No.

Saber9 is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Lucasfilm Ltd., Star Wars, or any other entertainment franchise or trademark owner.

Third party names and references remain the property of their respective owners.
