Saber9 is not responsible for lost, delayed, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@saber9.com. We will try our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
Order Processing Time
Orders require processing before they are shipped.
Standard order processing may take 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time may be longer during high demand periods, sales events, holidays, product launches, or when an order requires additional verification.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and product availability.
Most orders are delivered within 8 to 15 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect address details, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.
You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment status. If tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@saber9.com with your order number.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment requirements.
If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:
Check your mailbox, front door, porch, reception, mailroom, or delivery area
Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or front desk staff
Review the shipping address on your order confirmation
Contact the shipping carrier for delivery confirmation

Please report delivery issues as soon as possible. Claims reported late may be harder to investigate with the carrier.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@saber9.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will help review the tracking status and may assist with a carrier claim when applicable.
Saber9 cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier unless the carrier confirms the package was lost or there is another verified shipping issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@saber9.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged packaging
Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
A description of the issue
We will review your case and may offer a replacement, repair option, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and our Refund Policy.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, contact us at support@saber9.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, photos of the items received, and a clear description of what is missing or incorrect.
Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs Delays

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Saber9 due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Refunds for returned packages may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs fees, payment processing fees, or handling costs where applicable.
P.O. Boxes and Restricted Addresses
Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, APO, FPO, DPO, or certain restricted locations.
If your address cannot be serviced by our available carriers, we may contact you for an alternative shipping address.
