The website and Saber9 brand are operated by NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC, doing business as Saber9.

By accessing the website, submitting an order, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

2. Sales and Shipping Availability

Saber9 accepts orders for eligible delivery addresses within the United States and selected international destinations.

Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.

Orders submitted with unsupported, incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable addresses may be canceled, delayed, returned, or placed on hold for verification.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement under applicable law.

Customers who have not reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction should place orders only with permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, images, specifications, prices, variants, availability, features, and package contents.

Product appearance, color, finish, dimensions, accessories, software, sound fonts, electronics, blade type, packaging, or other details may vary slightly due to product configuration, manufacturing updates, supplier availability, display settings, or photographic lighting.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected product, variant, specifications, package contents, and compatibility information before purchasing.

5. Product Use

Saber9 lightsabers are battery powered LED collectibles and entertainment products.

They may be used for collecting, cosplay, display, photography, performance, choreography, recreational entertainment, and recreational dueling where specifically stated on the product page.

Saber9 products do not discharge projectiles, contain ammunition, or function as firearms.

They are not intended for use as weapons, for self defense, or to cause injury or property damage.

Customers are responsible for using all products safely, lawfully, responsibly, and according to product instructions, warnings, and safety guidance.

Children should use products only with appropriate adult supervision.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.

We may refuse, limit, hold, verify, or cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, incomplete customer information, address problems, quantity limits, carrier restrictions, legal restrictions, system errors, or violation of our policies.

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Order Confirmation

After checkout, customers usually receive an order confirmation email.

The confirmation email confirms that we received the order. It does not guarantee acceptance, fulfillment, shipment, or delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation and contacting Saber9 quickly if any product, variant, quantity, billing, shipping, or contact information is incorrect.

8. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable checkout currency.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice.

The price charged will normally be the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to payment authorization and correction of obvious errors.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, promotional, technical, or listing errors and to cancel or refund affected orders.

9. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and authorized third party payment providers.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, identity verification, address verification, fraud screening, transaction review, or other security checks.

Customers confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.

We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized or verification cannot be completed.

10. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the delivery address, transaction details, and applicable law.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, local charges, or government charges required by their country unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

11. Shipping

Saber9 ships to eligible U.S. addresses and selected international destinations.

For eligible U.S. orders:

Orders below $99 USD have a $29.99 USD shipping fee.
Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for Free U.S. Shipping.

For eligible international orders:

International shipping fee is $45 USD.
Free U.S. Shipping does not apply to international orders.

Estimated delivery time for both U.S. and international orders is 7 to 14 business days after order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Processing and delivery may be affected by product availability, order verification, weekends, holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, incorrect addresses, security reviews, or events outside our reasonable control.

12. Fulfillment

Depending on product availability and operational requirements, orders may be fulfilled through our United States warehouse or an authorized fulfillment partner.

The use of an authorized fulfillment partner does not change the shipping rates, return conditions, warranty terms, or delivery estimates published on our website unless clearly disclosed before purchase.

13. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional charges, customs issues, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsupported customer information.

Address change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Address changes are not guaranteed after payment verification, processing, packing, or fulfillment has started.

14. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

A cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Orders may no longer qualify for cancellation after payment verification, processing, preparation, packing, fulfillment, or shipment has started.

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

15. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Saber9 accepts eligible returns for defective and non defective products.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Returned products must generally be unused, unmodified, not disassembled, free from customer caused damage, in original or substantially original condition, and returned with all included accessories and components.

Written return authorization is required before sending a product back.

For approved buyer’s remorse and non defective returns:

The customer is responsible for return shipping
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
A fixed $20 return processing fee applies
The product must be received and inspected before refund approval

Eligible exchanges may be requested within the 30 day return window.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products

Products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Incorrect or missing products must be reported within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Customers may be required to provide clear photos, packaging photos, shipping label photos, video evidence where applicable, product details, order information, and a description of the issue.

Customers must retain the product, accessories, packaging, and shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed.

When Saber9 verifies that a product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing because of our error, appropriate support will be provided.

The fixed $20 return processing fee does not apply to verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product claims caused by our error.

17. Warranty

Eligible products are covered by the Saber9 1 Year Limited Warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date.

Warranty coverage is subject to the Warranty Policy, product eligibility requirements, proper use, and applicable exclusions.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, modification, incorrect charging, water exposure, heat exposure, normal wear, impact damage, or failure to follow instructions.

18. Rechargeable Batteries and Charging Safety

Some products contain rechargeable lithium ion batteries.

Customers must use compatible charging equipment, follow charging instructions, avoid unsafe charging practices, stop using damaged or overheated batteries, keep batteries away from water, heat, fire, and physical damage, and keep batteries away from unsupervised children.

Damage caused by incorrect charging, incompatible equipment, misuse, modification, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow safety instructions may not qualify for return, replacement, or warranty coverage.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Saber9 name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, and presentation materials are owned by or licensed to NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, license, or commercially use our protected content without prior written authorization.

Third party trademarks, product names, characters, brands, artwork, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

20. Independent Retailer Disclaimer

Saber9 is an independent retailer operated by NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC.

Neither NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC nor Saber9 is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with Lucasfilm Ltd., The Walt Disney Company, Star Wars, or their respective subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

Third party names, characters, trademarks, or references may be used only for descriptive, identification, informational, or compatibility purposes where legally permitted.

21. Customer Conduct

Customers and website users must not commit fraud, submit false information, use unauthorized payment information, interfere with website security, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, violate intellectual property rights, place unlawful orders, abuse customer support personnel, misuse products, or bypass security or transaction controls.

We may restrict access, cancel orders, request verification, or refuse service where misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

22. Reviews and User Content

Customers may be able to submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, or feedback.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate law or third party rights.

You grant NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC and Saber9 a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute submitted content for operating, promoting, and improving the business, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate, refuse, edit, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

23. Third Party Services

The website may rely on third party services, including Shopify, payment providers, banks, card networks, shipping carriers, tracking services, website applications, analytics providers, advertising providers, fulfillment services, and customer support services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, policies, security practices, delays, or independent actions controlled by third party providers.

Use of third party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

24. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free, or continuously available access to the website.

The website may become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, platform problems, security requirements, internet failures, service provider failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, all content will be free from minor errors, all products will remain available, delivery estimates will always be achieved, or the website will be free from every security risk.

Nothing in this section limits an express written product warranty or any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC and Saber9 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from website use, website interruption, improper product use, unauthorized modification, third party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful website use, product misuse, violation of these Terms, infringement of third party rights, or fraudulent activity associated with your account or order.

This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights that apply based on the customer’s location and that cannot legally be waived.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

30. No Waiver

Failure by NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC or Saber9 to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referenced below and the information displayed during checkout, form the agreement between the customer and NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC concerning use of the Saber9 website and purchase of products.

32. Related Policies

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Warranty Policy, Legal Notice, and any product specific instructions, warnings, or terms displayed before purchase.
