Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Tracking may take several business days to become active after the shipping confirmation is issued.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Our total estimated delivery timeframe is 12 to 15 business days, including processing and transit time.

Tracking becomes available after the order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages when items are stored at different fulfillment locations.

You may receive:

• Separate packages
• Separate tracking numbers
• Different delivery dates

Please review all tracking numbers connected with your order.

Tracking Not Updating

Tracking may temporarily stop updating while a package moves between carrier facilities, countries, customs, or final delivery partners.

If tracking has not updated for more than 10 consecutive days, contact us with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Tracking number

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your property and secure delivery areas.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.

  3. Contact the local shipping carrier or post office.

  4. Review any available delivery photograph.

  5. Allow up to 2 business days in case the carrier marked the package delivered before final handoff.

  6. Contact Saber9 if the package still cannot be located.
