Warranty Policy
Last Updated: July 8, 2026
This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage available for eligible Saber9 products purchased through https://saber9.com.
Saber9 is owned and operated by NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC. In this Warranty Policy, “Saber9,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC doing business as Saber9.
1. Limited Warranty Period
Eligible Saber9 products are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date.
The warranty period does not restart or extend after troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, or product replacement unless required by applicable law or confirmed by Saber9 in writing.
Any repaired or replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Products Covered
This limited warranty applies only to eligible products that are:
Purchased directly through https://saber9.com
Supported by a valid Saber9 order number or acceptable proof of purchase
Used according to product instructions and safety guidance
Delivered to an eligible U.S. or selected international address
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, resellers, or third parties may not qualify for Saber9 warranty service.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid Saber9 order number or acceptable proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
Proof of purchase should identify the purchaser, product, purchase date, selected configuration or electronics option, and Saber9 order information.
We may request additional information to verify the order, product, serial number, configuration, or original purchaser.
4. What This Limited Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal product operation during the warranty period.
Depending on the product and selected configuration, covered issues may include:
Electronics failure during normal intended use
Charging port failure caused by manufacturing defect
Button or switch failure during normal use
Verified internal wiring defects
Verified sound system defects
Verified lighting system defects
Verified motion sensor defects
Battery failure caused by confirmed manufacturing defect
Other manufacturing related defects confirmed by Saber9
Coverage depends on the product purchased, selected configuration, reported issue, product condition, available evidence, inspection results, and compliance with product instructions.
5. Available Warranty Remedies
When a warranty claim is approved, Saber9 may provide one or more of the following remedies:
Troubleshooting assistance
Setup, reset, or configuration instructions
Replacement parts
Repair guidance
Product repair
Product replacement
Comparable replacement product
Partial refund
Full refund where appropriate
Another reasonable remedy
The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the verified defect, product condition, product availability, cost of repair, applicable law, and other relevant circumstances.
Approval of a warranty claim does not automatically require a full refund.
6. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not generally cover damage or failure caused by:
Misuse
Improper handling
Use outside the product’s intended purpose
Excessive force
High impact use beyond the stated product rating
Accidental drops
Physical impact damage
Water, moisture, or liquid exposure
Fire or excessive heat
Extreme temperatures
Incorrect charging equipment
Incompatible fast chargers
Electrical surges
Improper battery installation
Failure to follow charging instructions
Unauthorized internal modification
Unauthorized repair
Damage caused by incompatible third party parts or accessories
Unapproved firmware changes that cause or contribute to the failure
Cosmetic wear
Scratches, dents, or finish wear
Normal battery capacity reduction
Normal wear and tear
Lost or stolen products
The use of a third party repair service, part, or accessory does not automatically void the entire warranty. However, damage caused by incompatible parts, improper repair, modification, or unauthorized alteration may not be covered.
7. Recreational Dueling
Only products and configurations specifically identified as suitable for recreational dueling should be used for impact based activities.
Warranty coverage may be denied when damage results from excessive impact, use beyond the stated product rating, striking hard surfaces, using display focused products for unsupported impact levels, incorrect blade installation, loose retention screws, overtightened retention screws, or continued use after visible damage.
Customers should review the product page, blade specifications, configuration details, and user instructions before recreational dueling.
A product described as suitable for recreational dueling is not guaranteed to be indestructible.
8. Rechargeable Batteries
Some Saber9 products contain rechargeable lithium ion batteries.
Customers must use compatible charging equipment, follow charging specifications, avoid incompatible fast chargers, stop using damaged or unusually hot batteries, keep batteries away from water, fire, and excessive heat, and follow battery installation and storage instructions.
Battery damage caused by incorrect charging, misuse, improper storage, incompatible equipment, unauthorized replacement, or physical damage is not generally covered.
Normal battery capacity reduction over time is considered normal wear and is not normally covered as a manufacturing defect.
9. Blades and Replaceable Components
Blades, retention screws, accessories, cables, chargers, stands, tools, and other removable components may be covered when a verified manufacturing defect is reported within the warranty period.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by impact, bending, crushing, incorrect assembly, overtightening, improper installation, unsuitable use, normal wear, loss, or customer caused damage.
Blade damage from recreational dueling will be reviewed according to the product’s stated impact rating and the circumstances of the claim.
10. Cosmetic Conditions
Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to manufacturing variation, finishing methods, photography, lighting, device display settings, product updates, or natural material differences.
The following are not normally considered warranty defects:
Minor color variation
Small surface marks that do not affect function
Normal finish wear
Slight visual differences from product photography
Cosmetic wear caused by use
Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
A cosmetic issue that materially differs from the product description may be reviewed individually.
11. Damaged or Defective Products After Delivery
Products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Customers should provide:
Full name
Order number
Email address used during checkout
Product name
Selected electronics option
Selected blade option
Clear description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
Photograph of the shipping label
Short video where applicable
Customers must keep the product, accessories, packaging, and shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed.
If Saber9 confirms that the product arrived damaged or defective because of a manufacturing or fulfillment issue, appropriate support will be provided and the fixed $20 return processing fee will not apply.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee replacement, exchange, or refund.
12. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Contact Saber9 at support@saber9.com and provide:
Full name
Order number
Email address used during checkout
Product name
Selected electronics option
Selected blade option
Description of the issue
Clear photographs
Short video where applicable
Details of troubleshooting already completed
Details of any repair, modification, or third party part where relevant
Do not send a product back until written return instructions have been provided.
13. Troubleshooting Requirement
Before approving a return, repair, replacement, refund, or other warranty remedy, Saber9 may ask the customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.
These steps may include charging the product using correct specifications, checking battery installation, reconnecting removable components, confirming blade installation, checking retention screws, performing an approved reset, checking sound or lighting settings, providing photos, providing video evidence, or following product specific instructions.
Failure to complete reasonable troubleshooting may delay the claim or prevent us from verifying the reported issue.
Troubleshooting instructions will not require the customer to perform an unsafe action.
14. Return Authorization
Warranty products must not be returned without written authorization.
When a return is required, Saber9 will provide written return authorization, return instructions, the correct return address, required reference information, packaging guidance, and shipping responsibility details.
Products sent without authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
The business address listed on the website is not automatically the authorized warranty return address.
15. Warranty Shipping Costs
When Saber9 confirms a covered manufacturing defect or verifies that a product arrived damaged or defective, appropriate return shipping support will be provided when a return is required.
The fixed $20 return processing fee does not apply to an approved warranty claim involving a verified covered defect.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs when no covered defect is found, the damage was caused by misuse, incompatible equipment, unauthorized repair, the claim falls outside the warranty period, the product is sent without authorization, or the product is sent to an incorrect address.
For international warranty claims, customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise or Saber9 confirms a different arrangement in writing.
Shipping responsibility will be explained before an authorized return is completed.
16. Warranty Inspection
A returned warranty product may be inspected for product condition, reported defect, impact signs, misuse, water or heat damage, charging damage, battery condition, missing components, repair or modification, incompatible components, and serial numbers or identifying information.
Inspection may take up to 7 business days after the authorized return is received.
Customers may be contacted if additional information is required.
17. Claim Approval or Denial
After reviewing the claim, Saber9 will notify the customer whether the warranty claim has been approved, partially approved, or declined.
A claim may be declined when:
The warranty period has expired
The product was not purchased directly from Saber9
Proof of purchase cannot be verified
No covered defect can be confirmed
The damage falls within an exclusion
Requested evidence is not provided
The product is not made available for inspection when required
The claim involves normal wear or cosmetic variation
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Replacement Products and Parts
Replacement products or parts may be new, functionally equivalent, refurbished where permitted by applicable law, or a comparable model when the original product is unavailable.
A replacement may differ slightly in appearance, finish, firmware, packaging, or minor specifications.
The replacement will be intended to provide substantially comparable functionality.
19. Product Repairs
When repair is the approved remedy, Saber9 may provide repair instructions, send replacement parts, arrange repair through an authorized provider, require the product to be returned, or provide another appropriate repair solution.
Customers should not perform internal repairs unless instructed to do so or unless they accept responsibility for any damage caused by the repair.
A repair performed by a third party does not automatically void the warranty, but damage caused by the repair may be excluded.
20. Refunds for Approved Warranty Claims
A full refund is not automatically available for every approved warranty claim.
Depending on the verified defect and circumstances, Saber9 may first provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement, exchange, or another appropriate remedy.
Where a refund is approved:
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method
The fixed $20 return processing fee will not apply to a verified covered warranty defect
Appropriate return shipping support will be provided when required
Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved
Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the funds.
21. Warranty and Standard Returns
This Warranty Policy is separate from the standard 30 Day Refund and Return Policy.
A warranty claim submitted after the standard return window does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Depending on the verified issue, warranty remedies may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair support, repair, replacement, exchange, partial refund, full refund where appropriate, or another reasonable resolution.
The Refund and Return Policy applies to eligible defective and non defective returns submitted within the 30 day return window.
22. Dedicated Customer Support
Saber9 may continue to provide general customer support after the warranty period ends.
Customer support after the warranty period does not extend the 1 Year Limited Warranty or guarantee free repair, free replacement parts, product replacement, or refund.
Any support provided after the warranty period may depend on product availability, parts availability, and the circumstances of the request.
23. Product Discontinuation
If a covered product, component, or configuration is no longer available, Saber9 may provide a compatible replacement part, comparable product, repair guidance, store credit where accepted by the customer, partial refund, full refund where appropriate, or another suitable remedy.
The available remedy will depend on product availability, the verified defect, remaining warranty period, and applicable law.
24. Transferability
This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the product.
A transferred or secondhand product may not qualify for warranty service unless acceptable proof of the original Saber9 purchase is provided, the claim falls within the original warranty period, or applicable law requires coverage.
Saber9 may request information needed to verify the original purchase and warranty period.
25. Consumer Rights
This written limited warranty provides specific rights.
Customers may also have additional rights under federal, state, or applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits any implied warranty, consumer right, or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, the applicable legal protection will control.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC and Saber9 are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from product failure or inability to use the product.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
27. Related Policies
This Warranty Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and product instructions or safety information.
Where a product page provides more specific warranty information, that information applies to the relevant product together with this policy.
28. Policy Updates
NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC may update this Warranty Policy when products, operations, suppliers, support procedures, platform requirements, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The warranty terms published at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
