Limited Warranty Policy
Last Updated: June 20, 2026
This Limited Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available for eligible products purchased directly from Saber9.
This warranty is provided by Saber9 and applies only to the original purchaser of an eligible product.
1. Warranty Duration
Eligible Saber9 lightsabers are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Accessories, replacement parts, complimentary items, promotional gifts, apparel, and clearance products may have different warranty coverage or may not be covered unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.
2. What This Warranty Covers
The Saber9 Limited Warranty covers qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, and electronic components that occur during normal and intended use.
Covered issues may include confirmed manufacturing defects affecting:
- Soundboards
- Internal lighting systems
- Charging ports
- Buttons and switches
- Speakers
- Internal wiring
- Electronic chassis components
- Battery connections
- Pixel blade illumination, where applicable
- Other internal electronic components supplied with the original product
Coverage applies only when the product has been used according to its product description, instructions, charging requirements, and intended use.

4. Dueling Coverage
Only products clearly described on the applicable product page as suitable for dueling may be used for impact based activities.
Warranty coverage for a dueling rated product applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by:

Approved return instructions and the correct return location will be provided by customer support.
