Some replica and specialty saber models require model specific instructions.
Only follow a guide that exactly matches your Saber9 product. Using the wrong disassembly method may damage internal wiring, connectors, buttons, or electronics.

Charging and Battery Guide
Use only the charging cable, charger type, voltage, and power source specified for your product.
General safety guidance:
• Do not use a damaged battery or charging cable
• Do not charge a wet product
• Do not leave the saber charging unattended
• Do not use an incompatible fast charger
• Do not expose the battery to fire or excessive heat
• Stop using the product if the battery becomes swollen, damaged, or unusually hot
• Keep batteries and charging equipment away from children

Mobile App Guides
Some XRGB, Xenopixel, and SN Pixel models may support Bluetooth or mobile app control.
App availability and features depend on the electronics version and firmware installed in the saber.
Do not download an app unless it is confirmed for your specific product version.

Basic Troubleshooting
Before contacting support, check the following:
• Charge the saber using the correct charging equipment
• Confirm that the battery is properly installed where removable
• Confirm that the blade is fully inserted
• Tighten only the approved retention screws
• Check whether the saber is in standby or deep sleep mode
• Review the correct control instructions for your electronics version
• Do not open or modify internal electronics without written authorization
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, soldering, or repair may affect return eligibility and warranty coverage.
Important Safety Notice
Saber9 products may contain bright lights, flashing effects, loud sounds, rechargeable batteries, long blades, and small removable components.
Use products responsibly and according to their intended purpose.
Do not:
• Point the blade toward the face or eyes
• Use the product near traffic
• Use the product as a weapon or for self defense
• Expose the product to water unless specifically rated for it
• Use excessive force
• Allow children to use or charge the product without appropriate supervision
Only products clearly identified as suitable for dueling should be used for impact based activities.
