Saber9 accepts orders for eligible delivery addresses within the United States and selected international destinations.
Depending on product availability and operational requirements, orders may be fulfilled through our United States warehouse or an authorized fulfillment partner.
The use of an authorized fulfillment partner does not change the shipping rates, estimated delivery periods, return conditions, refund terms, or warranty coverage published on the website unless clearly disclosed before purchase.

Estimated delivery time for both U.S. and international orders is 7 to 14 business days after order processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Saber9 accepts eligible returns for defective and non defective products.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Returns are accepted for new products only. Prior written return authorization is required before sending any product back.
For approved buyer’s remorse and non defective returns:
The customer is responsible for return shipping
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
A fixed $20 return processing fee applies
The returned product must meet all eligibility and condition requirements
The returned product must be received and inspected before refund approval
Eligible exchanges may be requested within the applicable 30 day return window.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

8. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Incorrect or missing products must be reported within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Customers may be required to provide order information, clear photos, packaging photos, shipping label photos, video evidence where applicable, and a clear description of the issue.
Customers must retain the product, accessories, packaging, and shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed.
When Saber9 verifies that a product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing because of our fulfillment error, appropriate support will be provided and the fixed $20 return processing fee will not apply.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee replacement, exchange, or refund.

Unless otherwise stated, the Saber9 name, branding, original text, graphics, website layout, product presentation, photographs, videos, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to NAYEL SOLUTIONS LLC.
