Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery time for both U.S. and international orders is 7 to 14 business days after order processing.

U.S. shipping is $29.99 USD, with Free U.S. Shipping on orders of $99 USD or more.

International shipping is $45 USD. Free U.S. Shipping does not apply to international orders.

Returns & Cancellations

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Returns are accepted for new products only and require written authorization before sending anything back.

For buyer’s remorse and non defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and a fixed $20 return processing fee applies.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 30 days. Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 10 days.

The $20 fee does not apply to verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product claims caused by Saber9.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved.

Order cancellation, address change, and modification requests must be submitted within 24 hours. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

Manufacturing
Warranty

Eligible Saber9 lightsabers include a 1 Year Limited Warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date.

The warranty covers verified defects in materials, workmanship, and original electronic components during normal and intended use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, water or heat damage, improper charging, incompatible chargers, unauthorized modifications, misuse, customer caused damage, or use beyond the product’s stated dueling rating.

Warranty claims may require a valid order number, photographs, videos, troubleshooting, inspection, or return of the affected product or component.

When Saber9 confirms a covered manufacturing defect, appropriate return shipping support will be provided where a return is required. The fixed $20 return processing fee does not apply to an approved warranty claim involving a verified covered defect.

Available warranty remedies may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, repair, product replacement, exchange, partial refund, full refund where appropriate, or another reasonable resolution.
