Return policy
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Estimated transit time is 7 to 8 business days, with a total estimated delivery time of 12 to 15 business days.
United States orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $99 USD are charged $29.99 USD.
Eligible international orders are charged $50.00 USD. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders may ship from our United States warehouse or an international fulfillment partner, depending on availability.

Shipping
Returns & Cancellations
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and included components.
Change of mind returns may be subject to a $20 processing fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 10 calendar days.
Cancellation and order change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Approval is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has started.

Warranty
Eligible Saber9 lightsabers include a 1 Year Limited Warranty beginning from the confirmed delivery date.
The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, and original electronic components during normal and intended use.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, water damage, improper charging, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or damage caused by use beyond the product’s stated dueling rating.
Warranty claims may require photographs, videos, troubleshooting, or return of the affected product or component.
